The mission of the Martelle Public Library and Historical Museum is to improve the quality of life by providing a comfortable and welcoming place for the entire community.  We seek to enrich the community by supporting learning and promoting literacy, stimulating the imagination, and encouraging creativity through programs, resources, and eletronic technology.
